At Orange Friends Church, We Believe…
- In the Holy Bible as the inspired Word of God.
- In our Creator God, revealed in 3 persons; Father, Son, and Holy Spirit.
- In the deity of Jesus Christ, conceived of the Holy Spirit by virgin birth.
- In His sinless life, death by crucifixion, and His resurrection from the grave.
- In His ascension into heaven, where He is seated at the right hand of God.
- In His death providing atonement for the sins of all mankind.
- In the need for redemption for all men, who fall short of God’s glory.
- In the resurrection of all men, some to His glory and some to His wrath.
- In the priesthood of all believers as gifted ministers to build up the church of Jesus Christ.
- In the possibility of a Spirit-filled, victorious life over known sin.
- Salvation is a gift of grace received only by faith in Christ.
- God grants the repentant sinner forgiveness of sin and eternal life.
