Lead Pastor, David Mabry

David has been the Lead Pastor at Orange Friends Church (OFC) since February of 2008. Previously, David served as the Executive Director for The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) for the Miami Valley Area in West Central Ohio. Before serving with FCA, he was a Youth and Sports Pastor in Northeast Ohio.

David was the founding Director of The Student Leadership Academy, an organization dedicated to the training of young people to make a difference through positive influence. He is also the Co-Founder and Director of The Mabry Group, which consults with non-profit organizations and churches on strategies for success.

David has worked extensively helping others toward marriage and family health. From 2006 to 2008, he worked with The Marriage Resource Center in Springfield, Ohio, as a community consultant and liaison.

David has been married to Theresa since 1993, and they have 3 wonderful children.

Director of Worship, Sierra Stephanoff

Sierra became the Director of Worship at Orange Friends Church in April of 2009. Previously, Sierra led worship at New Hope Church in Powell, Ohio and at Church of the Messiah in Westerville, Ohio. She has also led worship for the Single Mom’s ministry and small group ministry at Vineyard Church of Columbus. Sierra also currently teaches voice and piano lessons at Colonial Music in Westerville, Ohio.

Sierra received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Music at Otterbein College in Westerville, Ohio, where she specialized in Vocal Performance. Since a very young age, Sierra has been traveling and performing with her family’s music ministry, Daystar Music Ministry.

Sierra has been married to Andrew since November 13, 2010.

Director of Administrative Ministries, Andrew Stephanoff

Andrew became the Director of Administrative Ministries at Orange Friends in July of 2010. Previously, he worked as an Avionics Technician in the U.S. Marine Corps from 2004 to 2009. In 2007, Andrew became the training manager for all Avionics personnel. In 2008, he became the Work Center Supervisor and held that position through the remainder of his active duty time.

Andrew grew up in the Greek Orthodox Church; then in 2009 was called into a renewed relationship with Christ and was later baptized in 2010.

Andrew is in his third year at The Ohio State University in pursuit of a BSBA in Operations Management. Andrew enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, reading, and watching Buckeye football. He also recently celebrated his marriage to Sierra in November 2010.
