CONGREGATIONAL MEETINGS are held at least quarterly and authorize official policy actions.

ADMINISTRATIVE COUNCIL consists of six persons: (1) Lead Pastor, (2) Presiding Clerk, (3) Elder of Spiritual Life, (4) Elder of Outreach, (5) Elder of Family Life Ministries, and (6) Elder of Stewardship. The Administrative Council is the body which recommends policy and program matters to the congregation.

PRESIDING CLERK: Presiding Clerk, KAY CERMAK, presides over Congregational Meetings and is a member of the Administrative Council.

SPIRITUAL LIFE COMMISSION: Elder, CHUCK PICKERING, is responsible for the Coordinators of Worship, Spiritual Renewal, and the Overseers.

OUTREACH COMMISSION: Elder, JEFF MUCHA, is responsible for Coordinators of Evangelism/Church Growth, Missions, Program, and Publicity.

FAMILY LIFE MINISTRIES COMMISSION: Elder, THERESA MABRY, is responsible for the Coordinators of Adult Education, the Coordinators of Marriage and Parenting, and the Youth, Children, Nursery, and Literature programs.

STEWARDSHIP COMMISSION: Elder, RON CLARK, is responsible for the Coordinators of Finance and the Trustees.
